Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee our retail shops and lead the Store Managers who run them. This is a hands-on leadership role with regular time spent in stores, working alongside managers and teams to drive performance and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across 5-10 retail locations, setting clear expectations and building strong, accountable leadership teams
  • Drive district performance across sales, labor, staffing, inventory, and customer experience by using business results to identify opportunities and take action
  • Visit stores regularly to support managers, maintain consistent operational standards, and ensure company policies and OLCC requirements are followed
  • Partner with Store Managers on staffing, employee development, performance management, and building a strong leadership bench
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, Marketing, Purchasing, Inventory, and other teams to support store performance and company initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve the customer experience, and strengthen overall performance across the district

What You Bring

  • Previous multi-location retail management experience required
  • Experience directly leading and developing Store Managers or other retail leaders
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, staffing, labor management, customer service, merchandising, and inventory
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coach managers and hold leaders accountable for results
  • Ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and manage competing priorities across multiple locations
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel regularly and work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
