Donation Coordinator- Supporting donation and end-of-life coordination services.

Weekend Night Shift
 
MedCure, Inc. coordinates whole body donations that help physicians train, researchers innovate, and healthcare improve. We work closely with families, hospice providers, and medical institutions to ensure each donor’s decision is handled with dignity, care, and professionalism during a deeply personal time.

This role supports families during donation decisions outside traditional business hours. You will handle incoming referrals, guide grieving families, coordinate with funeral homes and hospice providers, and ensure donation processes are handled with compassion and precision.

This is structured, protocol-driven work performed under supervision. Nights and weekends require emotional steadiness, strong communication skills, and reliability.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming donor referrals by phone and fax
  • Speak with families to explain the donation process with empathy and clarity
  • Coordinate logistics with funeral homes, hospice programs, and hospitals
  • Enter and maintain accurate donor documentation in internal systems
  • Ensure all required forms and compliance steps are completed


What This Job Requires

  • Comfort speaking with grieving families
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented data entry
  • Ability to follow structured protocols
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Customer Service Representative, regulated customer service, patient intake, healthcare administration or equivalent call center experience preferred. HIPAA experience a nice to have


Work Environment

  • Primarily seated office role
  • Frequent phone communication
  • 10 lb lifting occasionally
  • English fluency required
  • Starting at $20/hr | $22/hr after 90 days
  • Training will be M-F 9-5:30pm, after completion available shifts include

    Friday- Monday, day and night schedule available. 10hours per day..
