We’re seeking an Evening Manager who’s eager to make an impact. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee store operations during evening hours, support department teams, and ensure a smooth, customer‑focused shopping experience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
As the Night Relief Manager, you ensure a smooth handoff between evening operations and the overnight team, supporting store readiness and closing procedures.Â

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee store operations during evening hours
- Serve as the manager‑on‑duty in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Store Director
- Support, guide, and coach department managers and associates
- Ensure excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and solution‑focused
- Maintain store merchandising, organization, and safety standards
- Manage labor, shrink, and inventory expectations
- Resolve customer issues, staffing needs, and operational challenges quickly and professionally
- Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and food‑safety proceduresÂ
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
- Ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met
- Educational requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for training or business needs
- Other requirements: Â
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability during evenings, weekends, and peak business hoursÂ
