We’re seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and tech-savvy Field Data Collection Driver to support a high-precision mapping initiative for our client’s digital mapping project. In this role, you will operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with a specialized 360-degree camera system to capture street-level imagery. This imagery is used to support global geospatial technology platforms and mapping services, which will power maps and navigation products worldwide.Â
No mapping experience required – Training and technical support will be provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Operate a vehicle equipped with camera systems to capture 360-degree imagery.Â
- Follow pre-defined driving routes provided daily.Â
- Upload collected data from onboard devices after each shift.Â
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure smooth operation.Â
- Communicate with the technical support team regarding issues or updates.Â
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence while representing the program in public areas.Â

All equipment, vehicles, and training are provided.Â
Candidates must pass a background check, comply with routine safety screenings, and complete onboarding training.Â
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility depending on weather and route completionÂ
Willing to drive up to 8 hours/day on public roads, occasionally covering long distances.Â
Access to secure parking (preferably with CCTV) for the company vehicle is preferred — assistance may be provided for qualifying candidates.Â
- Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience (5+ preferred).Â
- Good driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.Â
- Strong attention to detail and comfort using mobile apps or in-vehicle technology.Â
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb (10-15kg) occasionally and perform basic physical tasks related to equipment setupÂ
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently for extended hours.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Previous experience in field data collection, delivery driving, or GIS-related roles.Â
- Familiarity with geospatial tools or interest in mapping technologies.Â
