We are actively expanding our management team and are hiring a Finance Manager (F&I Specialist) for immediate hire. Our Finance Managers are the final point of contact in the sales process, ensuring our customers receive the best protection and financing options for their investment. This position has a high-volume workload but is very rewarding to those who can keep up! The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive finance, a deep understanding of lender relations, and a commitment to ethical business practices.   Finance Manager Job Responsibilities Financial Management: Facilitate the customer's vehicle purchase by securing competitive financing and lease programs from our network of lenders. Product Presentation: Prospect, qualify, and present a comprehensive menu of voluntary protection products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and maintenance plans. Compliance & Contracting: Ensure every deal is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining meticulous accuracy in all legal and financial documentation. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to maintain high CIT (Contracts in Transit) standards and ensure a smooth transition from the showroom floor to the F&I office.   Finance Manager Compensation & Benefits The Pay Plan is performance-based – there is no limit on how much money you can make based on your ability to drive PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration! QualificationsFinance Manager Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I). Proven track record of maintaining high PVR averages and strong customer satisfaction (CSI) scores. Expertise in Prime and Sub-prime lending and a thorough understanding of dealership CRM and DMS systems. Driver’s License.
