BizTek People is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Analyst II for our client in Portland, OR!

Financial Accounting Analyst 2

Pay: $40-45/hr

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  
• If degree is in a related field, must include 36 credit hours of accounting
  
• Proficiency in computers and spreadsheet applications required
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional healthcare and/or relevant financial analysis experience
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of capital markets and banking systems, including payment execution
  
• Experience with Oracle Cash Management and Oracle AR (including troubleshooting and testing)
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, queries)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
  

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Compliance & Reporting (40%)

• Develop and update treasury-related policies and procedures
  
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and securities laws
  
• Support treasury internal controls framework
  
• Collaborate with business units and external stakeholders
  

Treasury Operations Administration (35%)

• Monitor and analyze treasury activity
  
• Prepare compliance and accuracy reporting for leadership
  
• Support central accounts receivable, cash collections, and forecasting
  
• Process wire and ACH transactions
  

Financial Analysis (15%)

• Analyze institutional debt, investments, trustee funds, and cash balances
  
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports
  

Other Duties (10%)

• Participate in special projects and institutional initiatives
