Key Collision is seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Paint Technician to join our team. As a Collision Paint Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to industry standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Perform paint repairs and refinishing on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to vehicle manufacturer specifications.
• Apply paint using various techniques, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Ensure the quality of paintwork, including color accuracy and finish texture.
• Perform quality control inspections to identify and address imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and paint technology.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production and repair deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any paint-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Collision Paint Technician in an automotive repair or collision center.
• Proficiency in mixing and applying automotive paint.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Automotive painting certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
