REQUIREMENTS
Seeking a litigation associate with experience representing clients in district court cases, ITC proceedings, or arbitration involving patents or trade secrets. Other relevant experience includes work on IPRs or other post-grant patent proceedings. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated strengths in legal research, writing, and advocacy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. A technical background, active patent bar registration, and judicial clerkship experience (particularly at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals) are highly valued.
