  • Ensure delivery of secure, stable, and scalable technology services that support organizational goals.
  • Partner with the COO and business leaders to align technology initiatives with Atlantic’s mission and long-term objectives.

Hands-On Technical Expertise

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity principles, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide architectural guidance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Support technology risk management and information security initiatives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Oversee IT governance aligned with the Information Security Program, GLBA, and NCUA guidance.
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance to support audits, examinations, incident response, and remediation activities.

Project & Vendor Management

  • Direct system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and application enhancements.
  • Ensure effective project governance, documentation standards, and high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and system oversight.

People Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Atlantic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of direct informational technology experience.
  • Previous management experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and build trusted partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and effective in a regulated, evolving environment.
