What You’ll Do
Working alongside other Clinicians and partner with the Assistant Directors of Clinical Services. You’ll play a key role in supporting the success of our residential programs—balancing hands-on clinical care with leadership and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group counseling aligned with treatment plansÂ
- Support staff through clinical challenges and crisis situationsÂ
- Foster a structured, supportive therapeutic environmentÂ
- Lead and coordinate clinical trainings and staff developmentÂ
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providersÂ
- Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation (including Medicaid standards)Â
- Participate in case conferences, treatment meetings, and program planningÂ
- Step into program leadership roles when neededÂ
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health fieldÂ
- Licensure (or eligibility) for LCSW or LCPC in MaineÂ
- 4+ years of relevant mental health experience preferredÂ
- Experience with co-occurring disorders (mental health & substance use) is a plusÂ

Additional Requirements:
- Valid Maine driver’s license with acceptable driving recordÂ
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per weekÂ
- Monday - Friday with some flexÂ
- Work takes place in residential settings supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness with hopes of expanding services to the community.
