At PPCW, marketing is more than creating great visuals—it's about helping patients find care, connecting communities to our mission, and ensuring every interaction with our organization reflects who we are. As the Manager of Brand & Marketing, you'll lead marketing campaigns, steward our brand, and collaborate across the organization to deliver creative, high-quality communications that support patients, donors, volunteers, and staff.

Working closely with the Chief External Affairs Officer and departments across the organization, you'll oversee marketing campaigns, brand standards, creative production, website content, signage, and marketing workflows that support organizational priorities and patient-facing initiatives.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution. You'll manage projects from concept through delivery while partnering with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure every marketing touchpoint is consistent, accessible, and aligned with PPCW's mission.

In this role, you'll help shape how communities experience the Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette brand.

On a typical week, you might:

  • Maintain and strengthen PPCW's brand standards across digital, print, signage, and community-facing materials
  • Design and produce marketing assets including flyers, presentations, templates, signage, and promotional materials
  • Manage marketing requests, timelines, and creative workflows across departments
  • Coordinate with external designers, agencies, printers, and vendors on larger creative projects
  • Maintain website content and support social media channels to ensure content is current, engaging, and brand-aligned
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Track marketing budgets, production timelines, and project deliverables

You'll play a central role in ensuring PPCW presents a cohesive, professional, and mission-aligned brand to patients, supporters, and communities.
