Mixer Assistant Swing Shift

  Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a hands-on environment? Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Swing Shift Mixer Operator to prepare high-quality batches of products like dough, cheese, and fillings. If you’re ready to work in a dynamic team environment and bring your skills to the table, we’d love to have you on board!
  
  Job Responsibilities:

  • Combine ingredients by accurately following formulas to ensure product quality.
  • Assist with equipment preparation, cleaning, and inspection during changeovers.
  • Track lot numbers and materials in the ERP system and on paper documentation.
  • Regularly lift and dump bags and bins of ingredients up to 55 lbs., using team lifts for heavier bins.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support food safety standards.
  • Promote a safe and positive work environment for all team members.
  • Follow and enforce quality procedures to meet company standards.
     

  Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to read and record Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Willingness to work weekend shifts during high production periods.
  • Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.
  • A team-oriented mindset and flexibility to take on additional duties as needed.
  • Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • One year of mixing experience in a food production plant is preferred.
     

  Shift Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
  • Pay: $20.00/hour plus Shift Differential
