Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.Â

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
- Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
- Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Coursework/Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist LicenseÂ
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
