Clinic Environment
The space includes 12 private treatment rooms, two dedicated gyms, sleds, barbells, and a full weight room setup, along with advanced tools such as dynamometry, biofeedback, and rehabilitative ultrasound imaging!
Leadership is fun-loving, transparent, and team-oriented, frequent team outings, and a strong emphasis on supporting clinicians both professionally and personally.
Patient Population
The clinic serves a highly active patient population with a strong focus on sports and pelvic health. This includes high school, collegiate, professional, and adult recreational athletes. Care also includes pre-, peri-, and postpartum patients looking to stay active or return to sport, along with vestibular and concussion management. This is an ideal setting for clinicians who enjoy working with motivated, athletic patients and delivering progressive, exercise-based care.
Growth & Learning
Clinician development is a major priority, supported through structured 1:1 mentorship where mentors observe patient care, debrief cases, and actively coach clinical reasoning and techniques. The team includes an exceptional depth of expertise - OCS, PRPC, COMT, FAAOMPT, WCS, ATC, ITPT - as well as residency and fellowship-trained clinicians and instructors.
Robust continuing education support is provided and clinicians are encouraged to grow specialty niches.

Here’s how you will make an impact
- Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
- Interactive Wellness Program with rewards for balanced, healthy living
- Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).Â
- Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
- Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
- Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
- Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
What you will need to bring to the table
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
- Commitment to top quality patient care.
- Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.Â

Physical Therapist base compensation is $76,000 - $90,000+ with a total compensation package of $87,000 - $101,000+Â depending on experience and fit. Relocation/sign-on bonus available!Â
