$38–$45/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits + Supportive In-House Therapy Team

What You’ll Do

As a PTA, you’ll partner closely with licensed Physical Therapists to support residents through recovery and functional improvement in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.

  • Assisting residents with mobility, ambulation, and therapeutic exercises
  • Implementing individualized therapy plans using manual techniques and assistive devices
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress timely and with accuracy
  • Educating and motivating residents throughout their recovery journey
  • Ensuring compliance with therapy protocols and safety standards
  • Partnering with the therapy and nursing teams to support patient-centered outcomes
  • Staying current with best practices through continuing education

What You Bring

  • Active Oregon PTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Valid CPR certification
  • 6+ months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
  • A compassionate, team-oriented approach
