Premium Cook - Moda Center

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Premium Cook –  

• Responsible for preparing food to be served to guests in the venue’s Premium locations such as restaurants, suites, and catered events for guest satisfaction 
• Follow recipes to prepare and cook Premium menu items using a variety of kitchen equipment 
• May have direct contact with guests working at Chef’s Tables slicing meats or preparing dishes to order 
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations 
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and restaurants in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements 
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures 
• Adapt to shifting between Premium locations within the arena 
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!) 
• Perform any other duties as assigned

• Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere 
• Desire to cook (a lot) and sharpen your skills 
• Work both independently and with a team 
• Experience working in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant or catering required  
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled 
• Enjoy free food (we’ll feed you during every event shift)
