At the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute at Providence, we strive to create a training environment that stimulates creativity and nurtures professionalism, and puts postdoctoral fellows on a path to their future. Fellowships are for one year and may be renewed annually based on demonstrated progress of the Fellows IDP and will not typically extend past 5 years.Â
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a discipline pertinent to biomedical research.
- Experience in presenting original research in oral and written format is essential, as is proven success in writing and publishing original research.
- Demonstrates a track record of progressive biomedical research that indicates a growing level of research independence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ph.D. Immunology, genomics or molecular biology. Or experience in the field of immunology.
- Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or Immunology
