Overview
Seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare analytics initiatives with a strong focus on Epic integrated reporting tools. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support enterprise reporting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience (one of the following):
- Master’s degree and 4+ years related IT/healthcare experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years related experience; OR
- Associate’s degree and 7+ years related experience; OR
- 8+ years related experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
- 2+ years with Epic integrated reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog).
- 2+ years supporting Epic upgrades and Cogito testing/validation.
- 2+ years with Epic Clarity and Caboodle.
- 1+ year building Epic reports/dashboards (clinical, financial, operational).
- 1+ year supporting self-service analytics tools and end-user training.
- 1+ year writing SQL queries.
- 3+ years collaborating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and configure dashboards, reports, metrics, data models, and security settings.
- Support analytics product implementations, integrations, and Epic Integrated Analytics tools.
- Participate in UAT, Epic upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata.
- Promote product adoption and serve as liaison between IT and business users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
- Manage vendor relationships, track SLAs, and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team activities.
