Job Title: Skills Trainer Supervisor
Location: Portland Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40/hours week-Sunday-Tuesday 1pm to 11pm - Wednesday 12pm to 10pm
Starting Pay & Shift Differentials:
- Base Pay: $26.00/hour (starting rate)
- Verified Relevant External Experience: Candidates with verifiable supervisory experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or similar settings may qualify for a higher starting rate — depending on experience
 Shift Differentials:
- Swing Shift (1:30 pm – 10:30pm) + $1.25/hour
- Overnight Shift (10 pm – 8 am) + $2.00/hour
- Weekend Shifts (Sat/Sun) + $1.00/hour (in addition to any evening/night differentials)
 Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field a plus
- Previous supervisory experience in behavioral health, social services, or residential care preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass background checkÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in high-stress situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
