Job Title: Skills Trainer Supervisor

Location: Portland Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 40/hours week-Sunday-Tuesday 1pm to 11pm - Wednesday 12pm to 10pm

Starting Pay & Shift Differentials:

  • Base Pay: $26.00/hour (starting rate)
  • Verified Relevant External Experience: Candidates with verifiable supervisory experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or similar settings may qualify for a higher starting rate — depending on experience

 Shift Differentials:

  • Swing Shift (1:30 pm – 10:30pm) + $1.25/hour
  • Overnight Shift (10 pm – 8 am) + $2.00/hour
  • Weekend Shifts (Sat/Sun) + $1.00/hour (in addition to any evening/night differentials)

 Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field a plus
  • Previous supervisory experience in behavioral health, social services, or residential care preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass background check 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and patience in high-stress situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
