With over 300 dedicated employees and a reputation for excellence, we offer a dynamic environment focused on developing new products, fostering professional growth, and shaping the future of technology.   Tosoh Quartz is seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and forecasting process, as well as driving engagement through the monthly reports and analysis to key business and department owners in the company.   Key Responsibilities Provide support for financial planning and consolidated reporting for FP&A. Provide insights and analyses to assist the company in making sound business decisions to enable sustainable revenue growth through sound P&L management. Provide quality monthly / ad-hoc analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with the development of analytical dashboards and reports. Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual budget, forecast and estimate.   Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst at a company with successful growth to $120M+ in revenue. Expert skills in Excel. Proficient in budgeting/forecasting processes and reporting techniques with the associated hands-on experience in both. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
