This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on trailers, including brake and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, experience using hand tools, and the physical ability to perform the work. Welding or fabrication experience and a CDL are preferred but not required.

Competitive Hourly Pay:

• Earn between $33.68 and $36.84 per hour.
• Your paid overtime AFTER 8 HOURS.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair driver's written reports and verbal complaints about trailer.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers.
• Test equipment and systems for performance.
• Perform repairs to brakes and electrical systems.
• Replace parts.
• Document repairs

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of air brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and ABS brake systems preferred.
• Experience with various hand tools preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• Welding or fabrication experience (preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Valid driver license with good driving record
• CDL license is a plus
