Unarmed Security Specialist

What You Will Do 

• Patrol and monitor our premises to deter issues before they arise and ensure everyone feels secure.
• Control access points professionally while greeting people warmly and verifying they belong.
• Respond quickly and thoughtfully to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Monitor cameras and security systems with sharp attention to detail.
• Document incidents clearly and accurately.
• Assist visitors and team members with questions or concerns.
• Enforce policies consistently and fairly.
• Provide basic first aid or CPR when needed.
• Collaborate with your team and emergency services as needed.
  

Schedule

Swing and Night shifts available, Sunday through Saturday (7 days a week). We offer flexibility where possible to support work-life balance.

Who We Are Looking For

We hire for values and character first because skills can be taught, but integrity, judgment, and a strong work ethic cannot.

 
Ideal candidates will bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state-issued unarmed security license.
• A valid state-issued drivers license. 
• Reliability, maturity, and the ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Physical fitness to stand and walk for long periods.
• A track record of honesty, dependability, and good judgment.

Previous security experience is helpful but not required. We train motivated people who fit our culture.
