As our operations continue to grow, we’re looking to add a dependable UVI Technician to our team. This role is ideal for someone with automotive knowledge who enjoys consistency, process‑driven work, and being part of a centralized operation that keeps multiple dealerships running smoothly. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential in this role, as your work directly impacts vehicle quality, safety, and readiness for sale.  UVI Technician Job Responsibilities Perform Used Vehicle Inspections (UVIs) following Tonkin standards and procedures Accurately document vehicle condition, needed repairs, and recommendations Conduct basic reconditioning tasks as assigned Coordinate with the reconditioning and service teams to ensure timely vehicle flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and workflow processes  UVI Technician Benefits and Compensation Flat-Rate of $23.00 to $31.00 per hour depending on certifications. Top technicians are able to complete up to 250 hours per month!
