Corporate Associate Attorney - Midlevel

We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of experience with (i) mergers & acquisitions and general corporate representation, and/or (ii) public company reporting and compliance, capital markets and corporate governance.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
