Valet/Night Porter

What We Look For...

We are in search of a Valet/Night Porter that ensures that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Duties include greeting guests, driving guests' vehicles to and from the hotel parking facility in a safe and efficient manner and delivering items to guests. They must be able to answer guest questions about the hotel and surrounding area, as well as provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing legendary service and team work.
• Report to work on time and in complete uniform, as prescribed by your Supervisor
• Greeting, welcoming, and accommodating all guests.
• Providing a seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
• Handling guest vehicles with care and respect.
• Delivering items to guests.
• Walking the floors to ensure safety of guests and the property.
• Assisting elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed.
• Working closely with the Night Auditor to solve issues that may arise such as noise complaints, fire alarm, etc.
• Cleaning areas of the hotel as requested.
• Keep your Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities asked of you in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Perform any other job duties as requested Supervisor, GM, Planning Committee Member, or the Manager on Duty.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

The Model Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality, driving.
• Valid drivers license
