Are you looking for a hands-on role with great pay and benefits? Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Day Shift Forklift Driver/Palletizer to join our dedicated production team. If you’re skilled in forklift operations, focused on safety, and ready to excel in a cold storage environment, we want to hear from you!
 Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload pallets into the palletizer and pallet wrapper.
- Hand stack finished goods onto pallets securely for transport and storage.
- Transport raw materials efficiently across the production floor.
- Enter material data accurately into the production database.
- Provide necessary packaging materials to the packaging department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate equipment while following all safety protocols.
- Assist in other production tasks as directed by the Manager.
 Qualifications and Skills:
- Must hold a valid forklift certification.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently during the shift.
- Able to work effectively in cold environments, down to -10°F.
- Demonstrates excellent attendance and reliability.
- Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.

- Schedule:Â Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Pay:Â $18.50/hour
- Hours: 20 - 40 based on sales orders
