Dishwashers, Part-Time - Portland Pub

The Deschutes Brewery Portland Public House is looking for enthusiastic part-time Dishwashers, who are driven, excel in a fast-paced kitchen, and are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. A sense of urgency, attention to detail and commitment to quality are required! Position starts at $18. Must be able to work nights and weekends!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Presoak and scrub all silverware
• Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer
• Load silverware, dishes, and pots into dishwashing machine and run machine
• Unload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessary
• Adhere to required sanitation standards
• Restock silverware and plates at as necessary
• Responsible or emptying trash, compost, and recycling

Requirements of the position:

• Evening and weekend availability
• Strong organizational and excellent communication skills
