Automated Health Systems is hiring Customer Service Representatives for remote positions that require picking up equipment in Providence, Rhode Island.
The shifts are available either Monday to Saturday or Monday to Friday, with varying hours.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment, preferably with knowledge of health/human services and Medicaid.
The position offers a salary of $35,000 annually, along with benefits such as an Employee Wellness Program and ongoing training.
A High School Diploma/GED is required, with an Associates Degree preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote/onsite however you will be required to pick up in East Providence, Rhode Island.

Hours: Part Time 1:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Assisting individuals with information and support regarding benefits.
Providing accurate and consistent information.
Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
Strong PC proficiency required.
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
Bilingual skills a plus.
