- Hours: Part-Time (10 hours/week), Full-Time opportunities available if willing to get crossed-licensed in other states
- Must have active LCSW license in Maine
- Grade Levels: K–12th Grades
- Compensation: Starting at $46/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Location: 100% Remote

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing social work services to students, families, and school staff, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns to support students' overall well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of students’ mental health, social-emotional functioning, and behavioral needs in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Provide individual and group counseling services focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, peer relationships, and family conflict.
- Respond to crises within the school setting, including suicide risk assessments, child abuse reporting, and emergency mental health support.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans, especially addressing emotional, behavioral, and social goals.
- Serve as a liaison between school personnel, families, and community agencies to coordinate support and access to resources like mental health services, food assistance, or housing.
- Develop and implement school-wide prevention programs and social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives aimed at improving school climate and student well-being.
- Provide consultation to teachers and school staff regarding behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and student mental health concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, interventions, progress, and referrals in accordance with school policies and confidentiality guidelines
