About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning property for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain hotel systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and communicate completion with the front desk

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and parking areas

• Complete general repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor cleaning tasks

• Keep maintenance and storage areas clean, organized, and secure

• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards

• Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience

• Hospitality experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
