Your OpportunityÂ
As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the planning, design, operation, and optimization of chemical, physical, mechanical, and biological processes for water and wastewater treatment facilities and pumping stations. You’ll collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful solutions that improve public health, environmental quality, and community resilience.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead advanced engineering planning and design tasks with minimal supervisionÂ
- Prepare engineering drawings, reports, presentations, and regulatory applicationsÂ
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and design approaches for small projectsÂ
- Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposal writing and client interviewsÂ
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project specificationsÂ
- Lead internal and external project coordination meetingsÂ
- Serve as a technical resource on complex projectsÂ
- Apply advanced process engineering principles and stay current with emerging methodsÂ
- Resolve complex issues using expertise and sound judgmentÂ
- Contribute to proposal development and contract negotiationsÂ
- Help establish new standards and specifications for process designÂ
- Supervise project resources and manage budgets and schedulesÂ
- Serve as engineer of record for your own work and that of junior staffÂ
