• Guaranteed 32 hours/week minimum -- Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• 3-4 patient visits per day -- 30-40 minute exams
• In-home health assessments with potential for clinic and telemedicine expansion
• OR License Required
• Works with dedicated manager and scheduler daily
• EMR: Inovalon
• Must be comfortable with geriatric care -- open to new graduates
• Position focused on Medicare patients aged 65+
