Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team in Portland. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

 

Site Status: 100% On-Site

Pay Range: $25-$33/hr DOE

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of the business by management of new and existing clients
  • Answer client calls and emails
  • Login samples and ensure accurate chain of custody information is entered into LIMS
  • Work with subcontract laboratories to ensure accurate sample data
  • Track and order laboratory supplies
  • Support Accounts Payable/Receivable Teams and attend monthly meetings
  • Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner

Skills / Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of xxperience of the Testing Laboratory Industry would be desirable, however not essential
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
  • Strong team player
  • Self-starter with good organisation skills
  • Proactive, logical and methodical
  • Confident, punctual and well organized
  • Attention to detail
