Position Summary: 

The role of Material Handler is responsible for the following duties: 

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Operating forklifts and power scrubbers
  • Throwing bags
  • Recording product codes, lot numbers
  • General housekeeping
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management


Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of inventory control management and customer service face-to-face interaction
  • Ability to climb stairs, perform lifting, work in confined spaces, work at heights, bend and kneel as well as sit and stand for long periods
  • Must be highly organized and able to maintain a high standard of warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have excellent math skills
  • Proficient in using computers for accurate data entry and data collection.
  • Able to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
