About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
- Ability to read and interpret bar codes and inventory labels.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail trade warehouse or distribution center.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations.
- Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts to move products safely within the warehouse and assembly line areas.
- Perform order picking duties accurately by selecting the correct items and quantities for shipment or assembly.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and properly store materials in designated locations.
- Prepare and package products for shipping, ensuring all items are labeled with bar codes and documentation is complete.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines and support peak operational periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
