Order Runner - Full Time
Position Title: Order Runner
Department: Fulfillment
Reports To: Order Fulfillment Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Order Runner is responsible for the fast, accurate, and physically demanding process of fulfilling customer orders at the BuyWander warehouse. This role involves continuous, rapid movement throughout the warehouse and quickly running orders out for customer pickup. This is a highly physical, full-time position requiring the ability to move quickly and efficiently all day.
Responsibilities:
This role demands high energy and constant motion. The core responsibilities focus on speed and accuracy.
High-Speed Order Running ( Customer Carryout)
- Quickly claim, grab, verify, and deliver customer orders.
- Assist customers with carrying orders to their vehicles at a fast pace.
- Ensure that every item is accurately scanned out before leaving the building.
Customer Service
- Provide service with a smile, greeting customers and thanking them for their patronage.
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area.
- Answer customer questions.
- Direct advanced customer inquiries to a supervisor.
Requirements

Qualifications
路 High school diploma or equivalent.
路 Previous experience in a fast-paced environment or a physically demanding job is a plus.
路 Forklift certification is a plus.
路 Proven ability to move quickly and sustain high-energy work throughout the entire shift.
路 Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
路 Ability to understand direction and communicate effectively with a supervisor.
路 Ability to operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner.
Physical Requirements:
路 Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
路 Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
路 Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
路 Position requires seeing, hearing, use of hands and fingers, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities.聽
路 Must be able to communicate with others including talking, hearing, and listening and exchanging communication.聽
路 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
