As a Wholesale Inside Sales Representative, you will manage customer relationships and drive sales activity through inbound and outbound calls, focusing on NYMEX contracts and energy market solutions. Your goal is to grow revenue and profitability by strengthening customer relationships, delivering timely market insights, and executing NYMEX transactions that maximize volume and gross margin. Success in this role is defined by consistent sales growth, high customer engagement, and accurate, timely execution of market transactions that contribute to overall gross margin performance.Â

Your Responsibilities:Â
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to address NYMEX contract price inquiries and drive sales activityÂ
Build consultative relationships by leveraging knowledge of NYMEX, energy markets, and global conditions impacting pricesÂ
Oversee timely lifting of NYMEX contracts and follow up with customers to ensure compliance
Advise customers on forward NYMEX purchases and risk management solutions using NavDeskÂ
Execute customer purchases through the internal trade desk and accurately record details in NavDesk and CRM platformsÂ
Achieving annual team KPI targets focused on maximizing volume and gross margin while educating customers on managing price volatilityÂ
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve lifting errors and provide exceptional customer serviceÂ
Your Skills:Â
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and prioritization abilities
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of NYMEX, energy markets, and risk management tools

Your Experience:Â
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3–5 years of petroleum and/or sales experience required
Customer service experience required; administrative background preferred
Experience with PSE1 preferred; Oracle experience is an asset
Cold calling, relationship building, and time management skills required
