Your Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth trajectory. You
will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your contributions will directly influence the expansion and reputation of our company in the restoration
industry.

Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities in the restoration industry.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborating with the leadership team to define sales strategies and goals.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Participating in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Complete sales routes and document sales activities within our CRM
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Complete required sales reporting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Make group presentation to prospect organizations (e.g. Continuing Education (CE) classes)
Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue business opportunities.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽High sense of professionalism, integrity, tenacity, community, and honor
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry is a plus.
