Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
  • Maintain an organized central supply area
  • Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments
  • Communicate appointment details with nursing staff, providers, and transportation
  • Maintain accurate records and appointment schedules
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
