  • Inspect surfaces for imperfections and complete necessary preparation before vehicles move into the paint booth.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with body technicians and painters to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail on every vehicle.

What You Bring:

  • Previous automotive, collision, body shop, or paint preparation experience preferred, but willingness to learn is most important.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established repair procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

What We Offer (and Why You’ll Love It Here):

  • Competitive Pay – Compensation based on experience and skill.
  • Premium Benefits – Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with Employer Match – We help you plan for your future.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays – Work hard, rest well.
  • Climate-Controlled Shops – Stay comfortable while you work!
  • Continued Training & Development – Learn new skills and grow your career.
  • Career Advancement Opportunities – We promote from within.
  • A Supportive Team Environment – No drama, just collaboration.
