Location: Lexington Reserve, our beautifully maintained 61-unit residential community nestled in Portsmouth, VA

What You'll Do:
· Keep property grounds, common areas, amenities, and buildings clean, safe, and inviting every single day
· Be the eyes and ears of the community, promptly reporting any unusual circumstances or resident concerns
· Represent Richman with a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
· Uphold safety standards and proactively communicate any issues to management
· Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that makes residents feel valued
· Follow company policies and actively seek opportunities to learn and grow

✅ What You'll Bring:

Education:
· High school diploma or GED required

Experience:
· 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
· Familiarity with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a plus
· Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

Skills & Certifications:
· Valid Driver's License required
