We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead crews on a variety of commercial and residential sitework projects through Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Massachusetts. The company works directly with General Contractors on projects including condominiums, apartments complexes, and other large- scale construction developments.

Pay- $35–$40 per hour,

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong sitework experience who can effectively manage a crew, coordinate daily activities, and step in to perform the work when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead sitework crews on active construction projects
  • Coordinate daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Read and understand site plans, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Perform and oversee site layout and grading
  • Utilize GPS and machine-control technology for sitework and layout
  • Coordinate with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades on site
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
  • Operate equipment and perform hands-on sitework when necessary
  • Train, direct, and motivate crew members
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and jobsite needs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Troubleshoot jobsite issues and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sitework/foreman experience preferred
  • Strong experience leading and managing construction crews
  • GPS and site layout experience required
  • Ability to read plans and understand elevations and grades
  • Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, utilities, and general sitework
  • Ability to operate construction equipment and jump in and work alongside the crew when needed
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Southern NH, Southern ME, and MA
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
