About the Opportunity

ServCorp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager Analyst.


This is a high-level analytical and equipment-management position supporting equipment accountability, inventory reconciliation, data analysis, audit readiness, and equipment lifecycle planning.


This is not a traditional warehouse inventory position.


The successful candidate will be comfortable working with complex equipment and property data, Government systems, Microsoft Excel, reporting requirements, and cross-functional logistics activities.


This position is contingent upon contract award.


What You'll Do

  • Analyze equipment, property, inventory, and logistics data.
  • Reconcile physical inventory results with system records.
  • Research and resolve equipment and property discrepancies.
  • Support Government property and asset accountability.
  • Analyze equipment utilization, condition, and lifecycle status.
  • Support equipment transfers, disposal, and related documentation.
  • Develop advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
  • Analyze data from multiple logistics and Government systems.
  • Support federal audit-readiness and FIAR activities.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and management briefings.
  • Track project milestones, inventory activities, and schedules.
  • Conduct trend, variance, and data-quality analysis.
  • Support equipment modernization and five-year lifecycle planning.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, Staff Assistance Visits, and audit preparation.
  • Support approved training and development of equipment-accountability procedures.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with equipment, property, inventory, asset management, supply chain, logistics, data analytics, audit compliance, or project management.
  • Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience reconciling information from multiple systems or data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create professional reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefings.
  • Ability to work independently in a Government environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Security Requirement

This position requires a Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain and a favorable Tier 3 (T3) investigation.


Candidates must be able to satisfy applicable Government security and access requirements.


Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
