What You Do

You support repair and restoration projects from start to finish by executing hands-on repair work, maintaining job site standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and accurately. You take ownership of your work environment, follow established scopes of work, and communicate clearly to keep projects moving forward. Whether completing punch list items, assisting with demolition, or responding to after-hours service needs, you approach each task with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. As a jack-of-all-trades, you:

  • Perform light carpentry, framing, drywall, paint, trim, punch list work, and other common repair activities
  • Prepare rooms and work areas for repair activities, including staging setup, equipment placement, and content protection
  • Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites, including proper storage of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Follow scopes of work and direction provided by the Project Manager or Superintendent to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Interface with customers as needed and relay job updates, concerns, or changes to leadership
  • Provide direction to subcontractors as needed to support project execution
  • Complete required paperwork, upload documentation, and enter accurate job updates into company systems
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, safe, and working condition
  • Ensure the company vehicle remains fully stocked and obtain materials from nearby suppliers as needed
  • Monitor the safety, security, efficiency, and appearance of job sites and company vehicles
  • Assist with demolition and general cleanup as needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls

What You Bring

You bring a solid foundation in hands-on repair work and the mindset to do things the right way, even when no one is watching. You’re dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in leaving work sites clean and complete. You understand how your role fits into the bigger picture and know that quality workmanship, clear communication, and follow-through matter just as much as technical skill. You’re comfortable working independently while still being a strong team player, and you stay flexible as priorities shift to meet customer and business needs. You’re successful here because you bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in construction and or restoration, including hands-on drywall, paint, trim, and light carpentry work
