We are currently seeking a Full-Time Experienced CNC Operator (Night Shift) to join our Post Falls fabrication team. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and monitor CNC machinery
Set up stock using laser guides for accurate placement
Load materials using mechanical lifters
Verify measurements and machine settings to meet specifications
Observe drilling, grooving, and cutting processes for quality control
Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions; adjust and reprogram controls as needed
Replace and maintain tooling to ensure optimal performance
Follow quality assurance procedures and production standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Adhere strictly to all production floor safety policies
Perform additional duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications & Skills

Required: Stone CNC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mathematical skills, including fractions and measurements
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to read and understand written English instructions
Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal record check
