We are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, leading a large team and maintaining Red Bull North America (RBNA) brand standards.  Key responsibilities include:  1. Develop and maintain a relationship with RBNA 2. This position has full P & L ownership including revenue, gross profit, payroll, brand contribution, and expense management. 3. Executive ownership of annual business planning and supplier alignment. 4. This position can be based out of Post Falls or Boise, Idaho with preference given to Post Falls.    General Statement of Duties: Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager of Red Bull serves as the executive leader of the Red Bull brand for the Company. This role holds full P & L accountability and is responsible for long term value creation, strategic growth, and operational excellence in partnership with Red Bull North America (RBNA). The GM sets vision, culture, and performance standards for a team of approximately 45 employees while aligning RBNA brand priorities with company objectives to deliver sustainable revenue, profit, and market share growth. Strategic Development Define and lead the annual and multi-year strategy for the RBNA portfolio Develop and present the Red Bull Annual Business plan and Mid-Year Review to RBNA, aligning volume, distribution, pricing and investment strategies Understand and Communicate Beverage and Energy Category trends and competitive insights into actionable growth initiatives Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert and strategic authority on Red Bull Deliver Results Deliver annual revenue, gross profit/margin and payroll budget plan Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management Ensure executional success across distribution, promotions, new item and LTO launches and retained business. Supplier Relationship Act as the primary relationship with RBNA and secure alignment on strategic priorities and operational plans Partner cross functionally with Sales, Key Accounts, Operations and Warehouse to ensure seamless execution Strengthen key customer relationships to expand distribution and short/long term sales drivers Organizational Leadership Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and the broader Red Bull team Establish clear performance expectations, KPI’s, and accountability standards Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Model leadership behaviors consistent with company values and high-performance expectations. Work with the Sales Managers to set monthly and quarterly goals QualificationsRelated Job Requirements/ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced business education preferred Minimum 10 years of senior sales or category leadership experience Demonstrated P&L knowledge Strong financial and administrative acumen and strategic planning capability Executive- level presentation and negotiation skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Up to 50% overnight travel along with weekly market visits required Proficiency is Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to perform essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner   Essential Physical Abilities Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities which permits the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others in person and by telephone Sufficient visual and mental acuity that permits the employee to comprehend written work instructions and make determination of necessary actions to take to meet the presentation standards for the facility.  Sufficient manual dexterity that permits the employee to operate standard office equipment. Sufficient body mobility, flexibility, and agility to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, lift objects weighing up to 15 pounds overhead, and to work and travel from an office environment to client and retail locations. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.   Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full-time position; Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, but must be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays. Schedule may vary but workdays can regularly exceed 10 hours. Employee is paid to complete the job regardless of the number of hours.
