Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet Restoration Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpet cleaning and maintenance. Your primary duties will include:

Operating carpet cleaning equipment and machinery
Conducting pre-inspections of carpets to assess stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirements
Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
Utilizing specialized tools and methods for spot treatment and deep cleaning
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout the cleaning process
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and work areas
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
No experience necessary
Familiarity with carpet cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to consent to a background check and drug screening

Compensation:

During Training- $20-$22/hr depending on experience
