Collision Estimator Apprentice
Paid Training | Automotive Experience Required | Monday–Friday 9AM-6PM

Bob Weaver Auto is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Collision Center as an Estimator Apprentice.
This position combines customer service, Collision Center office operations, and hands-on estimator training. No previous estimating experience is required—we'll train you and pay for your Estimator course and applicable licensing/certification fees.
What You'll Do & Learn
- Provide customer service throughout the collision repair process
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, check in customers, and provide repair updates
- Learn and perform Collision Center office procedures and systems
- Assess collision and comprehensive vehicle damage
- Learn estimating and repair-order software
- Prepare estimates following insurance and company guidelines
- Work with technicians and Parts Advisors to coordinate proper repairs
- Monitor repair progress and assist with quality control
- Complete repair documentation and final insurance billing
What We're Looking For
- Automotive experience required – Parts, Service, Technician, or Collision experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer, typing, and basic math skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities
- Valid PA driver's license
