Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep across convenience stores and gasoline station locations. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance, and equipment repair. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of working independently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical systemsÂ
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safelyÂ
- Complete routine plumbing repairs (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks, repairing fixtures)Â
- Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing bulbs, ballasts, light fixtures, minor wiring support)Â
- Repair and maintain doors, locks, walls, windows, and interior/exterior structuresÂ
- Paint and maintain surfaces including walls, curbs, canopies, and parking areasÂ
- Perform pressure washing and general exterior upkeep of facilitiesÂ
- Support grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping upkeepÂ
- Assemble, move, and install furniture, fixtures, and store equipmentÂ
- Hang signage, bulletin boards, and assist with store setup needsÂ
- Procure necessary tools, parts, and materials to complete maintenance tasksÂ
- Maintain accurate work orders, service logs, and maintenance recordsÂ
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policiesÂ
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Working knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC basics, plumbing, and electrical systemsÂ
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipmentÂ
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficientlyÂ
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and hazard recognitionÂ
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructionsÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible scheduleÂ
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbsÂ
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbingÂ
- Exposure to various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor work environments)Â
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
