Provide quality food and beverage service to our Guests by providing courteous, professional, efficient service, and therefore ensuring customer satisfaction, while embracing the values of the Company Culture and Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities:
Providing value added service to Guests by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed the Guest expectations.
Communication effectively with Guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
Ensure that the restaurant is in proper condition for the arrival of Guest.
Complete opening and closing side work as directed by your Supervisor/Manager.
Greet and welcome all Guests with a smile at the tables, suggest specials using suggestive selling techniques.
Adheres to Hotel’s standards of operations.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Maintains a clean, safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to the guest.
Requirements:
Associate is expected to take food and beverage orders correctly, giving prompt, efficient and correct delivery of order to the Guest.
Promptly presenting the Guest with a check and collecting all monies for full payment of check.
Keeps the immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Excellent communication, organizational and guest service skills required.
At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public
Must have open availability work weekends and holidays.Â
Physical:
Move, transport, put, install, remove, replace, position, place, and transfer.

Operate, adjust, attach, position, set up, handle, tend to activate, apply, measure, use, modify, input, compile, retrieve, make, create, collect, inspect, prepare, service.
Stand for extended periods of time.

Ability to bend, lift, kneel, and be in motion for the full day.
Must be able to move continuously during work hours and able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds
